Skype phones that work
HERE is one way to reduce your international phone bills. Belkin India has launched desktop and handheld Internet phones that allow users to make free Skype calls without having to turn on your computer. The phones, which come preloaded with Skype software and interface, just need access to a Wi-Fi network; there is no need for browser-based authentication. You just have to make sure that the person you are calling is available online. The company also promises exceptional voice quality, something missing in Skype phones till now. The desktop version costs Rs 7,284 while the mobile version is priced at Rs 9,712.
